At strata we follow the B.I.C. Standards of cleaning. Part of this scheme is using a colour coded system

RED items mops, buckets and trigger sprays are used in high risk hygiene areas.

BLUE items mops, buckets and trigger sprays are used in low risk areas such as desk tops, ledges and window cleaning

YELLOW items mops, buckets and trigger sprays are used in washroom areas and gyms

GREEN Items mops buckets and trigger sprays are used in catering areas, food processing and bars.

By using this colour coding system, it stops the risk or cross contaminating areas. RED items are never used in a kitchen environment. And GREEN items are never used in any other areas than in a kitchen.
